Nike Theme Bar Mitzvah – B’nai Torah, Boca Raton

Venue: B’nai Torah Congregation
Event Planner: it Events By Julie
Photographer: John Canning Photography
Entertainment: Pure Energy Entertainment

The theme for this Bar Mitzvah was “Just Drew It.” Our designers combined modern industrial elements, dramatic florals, and a creative play on the Nike theme to create an awesome party atmosphere.  ●  A dramatic floral creation was designed for the place card table. This magnificent arrangement of roses, hydrangeas, orchids, calla lilies, decorative foliage and branches was set on a large silver pedestal.  ●  A unique centerpiece was designed for the adult guest tables. Silver truss stands created a modern industrial look, that was softened by a beautiful floral arrangement placed on top. The flower selection included: white hydrangeas, orchids, calla lilies, and branches, accented with gorgeous red roses. The stand was enhanced with flexible acrylic rods, flower blossoms and hanging candles.  ●  The entrance to the Kids’ Area was framed in aluminum trussing. A custom made “Just Drew It” swoosh sign was suspended against a black fabric backdrop.  ●  The seating for the kids’ area included a combination of high and low cocktail tables, comfortable couches, and coffee tables personalized with the party logo.  ●  Our artists created small centerpieces for the tables in this area that featured photos of Drew along with his custom logo.  ●  We constructed a sleek, custom-made bar featuring a photo of an awesome pair of Nike KD shoes on the front.  ●  We wrapped the dance floor with a white, high-gloss vinyl overlay for a seamless look. This was personalized with the “Just Drew It” swoosh logo placed in the center of the dance floor.

An Elegant Wedding – Four Seasons, Palm Beach

Venue: Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach
Photographer: Munoz Photography

Stefani’s classic, all-white bouquet was designed with peonies, roses, baby orchids, lisianthus, and miniature calla lilies.  Her bridesmaids held pretty gathers of roses, hydrangeas, and stock. Rich wore a white miniature calla lily boutonnière.  ●  The couple exchanged vows during a lovely outdoor wedding ceremony.  ●  They were married beneath a romantic canopy designed with soft drapes of fabric. An opulent crown of white and ivory flowers was set along the top and continued down one side of this beautiful structure. Each post was appointed with a petite gather of coordinating flowers. A crystal chandelier was suspended underneath to add to the elegant setting.  ●  The entrance to the aisle was enhanced by a gorgeous pair of floral arrangements set on tall silver urns.

A magnificent display was designed for the place card table. A tall crystal tree was lavishly decorated with orchids along its branches. A lush arrangement of flowers and a collection of candles were placed at the base.  ●  For the reception, we designed two centerpiece styles that were alternated throughout the ballroom. The flower selections included: roses, hydrangeas, orchids, and stock with accents of green amaranthus. Hanging strands of crystals added a touch of sparkle to each display.  ●  Stefani and Rich sat at a sweetheart table that featured a cascading floral display of the same selection of flowers used in the guest table centerpieces.  ●  Delicate placements of phalaenopsis orchids provided the finishing touch to the couple’s exquisitely designed cake.  ●  A unique display of organza fabrics was draped across the ceiling over the dance floor in a carousel design. Long strands of miniature lights were interwoven with the fabric to create a soft, starlike effect.  ●  An amazing party atmosphere was created in the ballroom by our state-of-the-art LED lighting system which was set to alternate between hues of blue, purple, and pink lights.

A White Wedding – B’nai Israel, Boca Raton

Venue: Congregation B’nai Israel
Caterer: VIP Caterers

A pretty bridal bouquet of white peonies was fashioned for Ashley. Her attendants carried white rose bouquets.  ●  A simple, yet lovely, display was created for the place card table. Four clusters of flowers were set in varied height glass cylinders. Each cluster was comprised of a different variety of flower: roses, peonies, hydrangeas, and Matthiola.  ●  Ashley and Marlon were married beneath a gorgeous canopy designed with soft drapes of white organza fabric. A lush crown of flowers and branches was set along the top, and gathers of coordinating flowers decorated each post. A crystal chandelier was suspended underneath to add to the elegant setting.  A delicate glow was produced by candles that were suspended across the back of the chuppah.  ●  A romantic, candlelit walkway was created for the bridal procession by lining the aisle with a multitude of glass vessels filled with submerged orchids and topped with floating candles.  ●  The top of the aisle was framed by a beautifully draped facade of bridal fabric.

For the reception, we designed three centerpiece styles that were alternated throughout the ballroom.   ●  The first style was a magnificent arrangement of white hydrangeas, roses, peonies, Matthiola, and dendrobium orchids. This was placed on a beautiful epergne with an antique silver finish.White floating candles rested in its lower branches.  ●  The next centerpiece was a tall glass vase holding white curly willow branches appointed with dendrobium orchids. These displays were enhanced with crystals and suspended candles.  ●  For the final display, a square-shaped crystal curtain was suspended above the table. These were decorated with hanging candles. A low arrangement of coordinating white flowers was placed on the table.  ●  Ashley and Marlon sat at a sweetheart table for two that featured several vases holding petite floral arrangements surrounded by candles.  ●  The cake was finished with an elaborate design of cascading flowers that coordinated with the centerpieces.

Jaclyn’s bridal bouquet was created with a gorgeous variety of the multicolored flowers chosen for the wedding centerpieces. Crystals nestled within each rose added a subtle sparkle. Her attendants carried similarly styled bouquets.  ●  Jaclyn and Michael exchanged vows underneath a magnificent garden-style arch. This was constructed with natural branches that were adorned with an exquisite design of brightly colored flower blossoms and foliage.  ●  For the reception, stunning centerpieces were set atop decorative stands with a gold finish. The flower selection included: white and green hydrangeas, peach and fuchsia roses, orange mokara orchids, purple dendrobium orchids, purple statice, pincushion protea, peach hypericum berries, and green amaranthus.  ●  The Royal Table was decorated with a beautiful display of floral arbors. The top of the arbors, the posts, and the bases were covered in an abundance of flowers. Small candles were placed in delicate crystal cones that dangled from the top of the arbor.  Petite floral arrangements were placed along the center of these tables. Broadway B’not Mitzvah – Pavilion Grille, Boca Raton

Venue: Pavilion Grille
Photographer: Wendy J Studios

The beautiful decor began with the entrance to the party. A sign trimmed in party lights that read “Jamie and Mandy’s Broadway Bash” was placed at the start of a plush red carpet that was laid out for the guests. The carpet was lined on either side by red velvet ropes and stanchions.  ●  An opulent floral creation of white, lavender, and purple flowers with gold leaf accents was designed for the place card table. This was set on a giant silver urn.  ●  For the adults’ centerpieces, our artists created fabulous Broadway theme props. These were large, double-sided Playbills featuring one of Mandy and Jamie’s favorite Broadway shows. A collection of glass cylinders filled with flowers surrounded the base of each display.  ●  Our artists also created smaller centerpieces for the tables in the kids’ area that featured photos of more Broadway shows.  ●  A custom Broadway-themed display was designed for the candle lighting ceremony.  ●  The dance floor was personalized with Jamie and Mandy’s Broadway Bash party logo placed in the center of the dance floor.
