The historic Sundy House made an enchanting setting for Alexa and Jon’s outdoor wedding. ● The couple exchanged vows underneath a natural birch chuppah that was well suited to the beautiful garden surroundings. A lush design of flower blossoms and foliage decorated the front posts. The canopy top was made with a soft fabric drape. ● Alexa’s exquisite, cascading bouquet was designed in a loose, natural style in pretty shades of white, ivory, peach, pink, and light blue. The flower selection included peonies, roses, ranunculus, lisianthus, Matthiola, Dusty Miller, and a variety of ornamental foliage. ● Her attendants carried lovely bouquets of flowers similar in style to the bridal bouquet. ● Jon wore an elegant boutonniere of white roses with decorative accents. ● For the reception, we designed centerpieces with the light and airy feeling of a freshly picked bouquet. These gorgeous florals were placed in gold pedestal bowls, raising each display slightly off the table. A romantic collection of peonies, roses, ranunculus, lisianthus, anemones, Matthiola, and Dusty Miller were chosen in soft pastel shades. Accents of limonium, seeded eucalyptus and Italian ruscus finished each piece. ● Decorative bistro lights, suspended above the reception area, added to the party atmosphere. ● Delicate placements of flowers provided the finishing touch to the couple’s stylish cake.
