Nothing says “South Florida Wedding” better than Lilly and Ryan’s wedding at The Hillsboro Club. Surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and the inland waterway of Lighthouse Point, the venue has acres upon acres of lush tropical landscaping which was the inspiration for the wedding decor. The old Florida architecture combined with the ocean view made a magnificent destination for this couple to say their vows. The bride carried a bouquet filled with green roses, green trick, baby orchids, phalaenopsis blossoms, and tropical greenery while the bridesmaids held miniature versions. The aisle was lined with bamboo, orchids, and large Monstera leaves leading up to an archway covered with more Monstera and touches of Allocasia and white phalaenopsis orchids. The early evening event with the ocean as the backdrop made for a stunning nuptial. Guests then proceeded to the Sea Room where more tropical blooms filled the space with both low and high centerpieces accented with gold. The warm white lighting along with glowing foliage projections certainly made this wedding a Florida fairy tale come true.
