Travel and adventure were the themes of this Bar Mitzvah, and its natural decor evoked the feeling of the great outdoors. ● Guests picked up place cards in the form of luggage tags marked with airport initials to represent the table names. ● In the cocktail room, signs representing different cultures were matched to the food stations serving that variety of cuisine: Japanese, Mediterranean, etc. ● The centerpieces for the cocktail tables were a natural design of grape wood set on a moss base with accents of orchids, hydrangea, trick, and Bells of Ireland. ● In the ballroom, modern displays made of silver stands with glass shelves were set on each table. Some tables received long, horizontal displays, while others held tall, vertical displays. The stands were decorated with an eclectic mix of rustic elements including foliage, moss, vines, and hanging lanterns. ● Floral arrangements designed in a wild, natural style were placed on each table underneath the stands. ● A variety of photos depicting wildlife were featured around the ballroom. ● Event planner, It Events by Julie, made sure the themes of travel, adventure, and exploration were evident throughout all the details of the party and in the favors provided for the guests. ● This fun celebration took place on October 31st, and guests enjoyed a special candy display full of delicious treats.
