The Atlantic Ocean served as a beautiful background for Alissa and Mark’s outdoor wedding ceremony. ● The couple exchanged vows underneath a magnificent chuppah. The frame was constructed with natural birch posts that were decorated with flowers. A lush crown of flowers encircled the top of the chuppah, with a soft fabric drape placed underneath. The flower selection included: roses, hydrangeas, orchids and matthiola. ● The aisle was lined with natural birch posts topped with lovely arrangements of roses and hydrangeas. ● Alissa carried a cascading bridal bouquet of champagne roses and white orchids. ● An elegant setting was designed for the place card table. A silver wrought iron tree was lavishly decorated with flowers along the branches. Hanging candles were suspended from the branches, and a collection of votive candles and floating candles were arranged around the base of the tree. ● For the reception, we designed two centerpiece styles that were alternated throughout the ballroom. ● The first style was a grand floral arrangement of roses, hydrangeas, calla lilies, and cascading orchid stems. This was set atop a tall glass vase with white orchids submerged in the water. ● The second design consisted of a trio of glass cylinders, at varying heights. Elegant, pave style arrangements of roses and hydrangeas were placed on top of each cylinder. ● The couple sat at a sweetheart table that featured a full, luxuriant floral display of the same selection of flowers used in the guest table centerpieces. ● A unique display of organza fabrics was draped across the ceiling over the dance floor in a carousel design. Long strands of miniature lights were interwoven with the fabric to create a soft, romantic effect.
